I did have two issues with my order however tey were fantastic at sorting out the issue and I was so over the moon that I got to keep the Crystal that was sent by mistake and was also sent the actual Crystal I ordered. I don't understand "experience using item" i didn't know my pyramid did anything , i just like to look at my chosen one , its a useful tool in scraping candle wax off the marble table , so yeah , its a usable item , your mailing service is always first class , thanks
