Very smoky and it smells more like burns rather than the scent itself. very hard to light up the backflow for some reason

Unfortunately, this product arrived with the box quite squashed. This is for a Christmas present so I was a little disappointed, but I it did look like the Incense Cones themselves were not damaged. It's just embarrassing to wrap up a crumpled Christmas present.
