I don't usually write reviews at all but this is very disappointing and I feel that I need to warn people. I used 1-2 day delivery and when over a week later it hasn't even been dispatched, I reached out and emailed and got told it would be dispatched that day and arrive by the next couple of days - still nothing and I have been lied to as the Royal Mail tracking number said it hadn't been dispatched.
Over a month later now of emailing asking for my items, I still haven't received it and been told it has been dispatched yet again (third time I have been told this, let's hope it's true this time) - no refund, no voucher in return or anything. I would not recommend buying from here as I wish I didn't as it was not worth all the hassle!
