Shungite Bowl

I don’t know much about Shungite, although, in recent times, I have heard its name mentioned a lot. I ordered this lovely shungite bowl and I have had it sat next to me, daily, while I am using my electronic devices to do a distance learning course. Today, I felt the compulsion to put the bowl up against my forehead. For months (longer than I can remember) my brain has suffered severe “fog” and I have struggled to focus and concentrate. Within moments of holding the bowl to my head, I felt a “pull” and my thoughts and mental vision became very clear and focused. I would liken it to iron filings being attracted to a magnet. Absolutely amazing!
