Incense goes out

Looks great in our house however the incense goes out after a few seconds because there isn’t enough oxygen getting to it for some reason! Holes exist in eyes and on one side
of mouth but we have had to drill extra holes in the other side of mouth, nose, and back of the skull to let in some air.
