I have used this book as a quick reference for over 15-20 years, that long I cannot remember when I started using it. Very good quick reference guide for poses, good explanations of poses ideal for students and teachers alike. I have over 40 Yoga books and this is the one I have used the most. Try to overlook the Australian connection, bites deep but some really good stuff does come out of the continent! Good quick reference for students.
