This is cer not what it looked like. It was maybe a 3rd full very hard slab, congealed along the side of the jar. You suggested it happened during delivery. That is absolute rubbish it obviously all melted during your storage. Your suggestion to cut it up into blocks was ridiculous. It is far too hard to cut into anything. Complete waste of money.

This item is amazing, I bought the burner too and it looks fab on my shelves.
