Yoga IS for everyone

A good Yoga teacher will always offer different ways for individuals to get the most out of their classes. To find a book that does the same thing is marvellous. The book is easy to understand to. I will be recommending this, for sure.

Very happy

I love this book it's helped me and my husband has started to look at it as he had a stroke just over a year ago and wants to do gentle movements
