Anne Stokes Incense pack

I bought this item as part of a Christmas gift. Unfortunately the packaging was all split so will have to stick it together with tape as the box was part of the reason i bought it for presentation. I am assuming it may have been damaged on route or by postman trying to pop it in letter box until i opened the door, as i know you wouldn't have sent a damaged box out. That is the very first item that has come damaged, otherwise all my previous orders have been perfect and totally satisfied with everything i have received. Many thanks.
