We want you to love our service. Every time you use our site we want to make sure you have an experience that will make you want to return time and time again. If you have a problem with your order, or have simply just changed your mind, you can return the goods to:

Please include details of your order number, reason for return, and if you would like a refund or replacement. Alternatively you can email us at email@example.com with details of the issue with the product and we will send you instructions on how to return the product. Once the product has been returned to us, we will issue a refund.
In the event you are unhappy with the product, or you have simply changed your mind, you may return new and unused products within thirty days of delivery for a full refund of the cost of the goods only. Please return products with appropriate packaging (the original, undamaged packaging is best) along with the delivery note - please let us know why you are returning the item. We would advise that you get proof of postage just in case your parcel goes astray.
Please note that we are unable to accept any opened essential oils, used water bottles or used earrings due to hygiene reasons.
Faulty, defective or wrongly delivered goods will be fully refunded, including the original and return postage costs. This is only as long as the fault is not due to misuse, use against the manufacturer's recommendations or reasonable wear and tear.
