Well, it's a bit strange to be asked to review something I didn't receive. When I opened the package, no apple. I reported it and received an email saying they'll send another one, but I haven't gotten any more information like a tracking number. Since it's nearly Christmas and I expected this item a week ago I really would have thought they'd send the replacement with priority mail, not sit on sending it at all. I'm a new customer and gotta say, my first impression is not great.

Bought one for a friend as a gift and knowing the nature of fluorite I hoped for some lovely colour. I wasnt disappointed and neither was the recipient. It was beautiful and nearly kept it myself! I wish Id take a photo though may just get one for me instead ☺️ Delivered quickly and securely packaged
