Deep Sleep Essential Oils Pack

An alternative version of our Sleep Well pack, this collection contains one 10ml bottle each of the beautiful scents of Cedarwood and Lavender. Cedarwood essential oil is specifically designed to relieve tension and stress, and Lavender has anti-depressing and sedative properties - combined they provide a great fragrance to push those worrying thoughts away and achieve a recharging deep sleep.

Once you have decided on your blend of the two scents, rub them onto your palms and inhale deeply - this takes the relaxing smell through to your amygdala gland, which is also known as your emotional warehouse and has the effect of calming your mind. Alternatively rub on the feet, temples or wrists for an immediate calming effect on the body.
