Here at the Psychic Tree, we generally love the combination of 3 drops of Mandarin, 5 drops of Lavender and 2 drops of Roman Chamomile, but it is entirely up to you to choose and it's fun to play around to find that perfect combination. Great to rub into your feet or neck before you hit the hay!
