EU Returns & Right of Withdrawal Policy

At The Psychic Tree, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are a customer residing within the European Union, you have certain rights under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, including a 14-day right of withdrawal for most online purchases.
1. Your Right to Withdraw
If you are purchasing as a consumer within the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party nominated by you (other than the carrier), receives the goods.
2. How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to cancel before the 14-day withdrawal period expires.

3. Returning Your Items
After notifying us of your decision to withdraw, you must return the goods to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which you informed us of your decision.
Unless the goods are faulty, damaged or supplied incorrectly, you will be responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
We strongly recommend obtaining proof of postage, as returned items remain your responsibility until received by us.
Items should be returned in a condition suitable for resale. You may inspect and handle the goods as you would in a physical shop, but you may be liable for any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
4. Refunds
Once we have received your returned goods, or evidence that they have been sent back, we will process your refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days thereafter.
Your refund will include:
- The full purchase price of the returned goods.
- The cost of standard outbound delivery paid when placing the order.
Please note that if you selected a delivery option that was more expensive than our standard delivery service, we are only required to reimburse the cost of our standard delivery option.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.
5. Products Excluded from the Right of Withdrawal
Under EU consumer legislation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to certain products.
At The Psychic Tree, this includes:
Personalised and Custom-Made Products
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that have been made to your specifications or are clearly personalised.
Examples include:
- Personalised crystal gift sets
- Custom engraved products
- Bespoke spiritual gift items
- Personalised jewellery
- Custom subscription boxes
- Any item specifically created or altered for you
Sealed Products
The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if they become unsealed after delivery.
This may include:
- Sealed oils
- Sealed sprays
- Other sealed personal-use products
Perishable Goods
Products that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
Digital Content
Digital products supplied electronically may be exempt once delivery has begun with your prior express consent and acknowledgement that your cancellation rights are lost.
6. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at letusknow@thepsychictree.com
This Right of Withdrawal Policy does not affect your statutory rights relating to faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods.
