Super slow delivery

Lovely crystals but the delivery was incredibly slow, I ordered them on the Sunday and they weren't delivered till the following Saturday late afternoon. The package ended up in Sheffield and had to be redirected, I know its out of your control but its just not good enough. The Crystals however were lovely.
