Amber has strong earth connections and is therefore a useful stone to use for grounding. It is a powerful healer and chakra cleanser and can be used to alleviate stress.

The size and shape your receive may differ slightly from the image shown. By its very nature, Amber is smaller and lighter than other crystals - it is not a stone as such, but is fossilised tree sap giving it slightly different properties. Each stone weighs approximately 1g.

I’m sorry you are not happy with the amber we have sent you, however I can assure you that we do check the results on the amber we source. The most common method to test authenticity is the fresh water and salt water test. Amber has a gravity density just heavier than water, which means in normal water it will sink (if it was plastic it would float). Amber is unlike other stones in that it is a resin, so quite often feels different to normal tumblestones.
