i have never received the item I paid for, why????

Hi Adina- I’m so sorry you haven’t received your order yet. I can confirm that your order was despatched to you on time from our warehouse. Your order was despatched using the Untracked Royal Mail First Class delivery service and whilst they have an excellent record of next day delivery, it is not guaranteed. Although this service is untracked, it does show us when the parcel has been delivered, at the moment it doesn’t have this update so it must still be out for delivery.
