I've suffered with severe anxiety for years now, to the point leaving the house most days can be very difficult. Because of this, I decided to give aromatherapy a go and I'm glad I did! Using this regularly in a burner the past few months has helped me gain a bit more control over my headspace and has also made my house feel more relaxed. I also made a blend of a few of these oils into a crystal roller incase I'm out and I can feel my anxiety begin to build back up. I'd highly recommend
