Iv been unable to wear my new stone as the wire doesn't have the jumpring on top do can't put chain onto this I did have my granddaughter Sher Graham contact u about this and another few problems with .my latest orders but she was unable to get through to u tried few times regarding this she was vexed regarding this and suggest I should not order again but think it's possible this can all be rectified
