Love this. Just stared at it admiringly when I opened box today. Haven't used the stick incense yet. Will hope the little hole keeps it standing. If not, I can just hang it and admire the wood.

I had an issue with this order not arriving. However, the customer service investigated instantly and sent me another ASAP, which I appreciate. The actual product is great and exactly what I was wanting.

I ordered this and a crystal bracelet, but only the bracelet arrived. This item was nowhere to be seen, and from previous reviews, I haven't been the only one. Don't waste your money on this. I'm disappointed because I ordered from this shop previously, and it's all been great experiences until now.

Works perfectly, catching the ash when burning an incense stick. Great value and has a nice rustic look to it.
