I bought two crystal balls as presents - one for my wife and one for my daughter. Now that the packages have been opened, both balls have defects in them; essentially cracks/chips in the same spot.
This is very disappointing. It isn't just the cost, it is the fact that they were presents and we were really anticipating having some fun with them. Not happy. Will not shop with you again.
