Gold Tigers Eye Mini Heart

I placed an order for a Love Never Lost Candle & some other items and had them posted directly to someone who is going through a recent bereavement as I thought they would be nicely packaged and something of comfort during a terrible time. Unfortunately a mistake was made in packaging and they were sent a ‘success’ candle. This was rectified after the recipient seen the receipt and realised I hadn’t sent her this so contacted Psychic Tree herself who sent the right candle out. Changes really need to be made to ensure double checking takes place on your ordered as this is a horrendous mistake to make. I sent an email expressing how embarrassed I was but feel it was not taken with the seriousness it deserved and brushed off as they had sent the correct candle out second time but really not good enough in the circumstances!
