This review is about the elastic stretch cord in hermatice bracelet is showing through the beads. This indicates that the bracelet is faulty and is likely to break soon, despite normal use. I am disappointed by the quality, especially as I expected the item to last much longer.
I would appreciate it if you could arrange an appropriate remedy, such as a replacement or a full refund, in line with my consumer rights.
I wish i have the option to attache a photograph showing the defect for your reference. I look forward to your prompt response and a satisfactory resolution.

I've just got back from my hols, to find my hematite tombstone and black obsidian tombstone bracelets delivered to me.
