Amazing stuff my heart chakra started to open after like 2/3 tries of it.

By far the best stuff I have ever used for meditation its prob even better than strong CBD oil. I am a keen meditator and love Yoga/Meditation etc but I have always struggled to activate my heart chakra but after 2/3 goes of this stuff I have already started to notice it try and open. I had this intense tingly sensation the other night in my chest which felt like butterflies but even more intense. Amazing stuff for meditation its intense though so go easy on it as it can relax your entire body, its best taken at night to help with sleep. 10/10
