Order never received!

I’m still waiting refund for an order I’ve not received! My chosen post office collection point said they didn’t have it, I tried twice. Now the tracking says that it’s been returned to the merchant?! I needed the items by a set date and never received the order therefore I had to buy the items needed from somewhere else. Please refund me!

I loved this on the internet but, tbh, wasn’t expecting much for the price however it’s GORGEOUS !!! as is everything else I purchased .
I will definitely be revisiting your shop for Christmas presents as friends have commented how much they love this .
