Incredible. Fast delivery and lovely smelling incense sticks.

Long delivery and items missing

Unfortunately the delivery took 8 days rather than 2 and when it turned up both crystals I had ordered were missing. They did refund me the money for the missing items, however I had to request a refund on the postage, when I think that’s something they should have used their initiative on and refunded without me having to ask.
Although the team were easy to reach and quick at responding, I didn’t feel the customer service was up to scratch. I think that a better option would have been to offer to resend the items with free postage and perhaps a small free gift as an apology.
However they just said sorry and sent me a refund. In my opinion that isn’t customer service.
