I bought the Jasper heart as a token of healing for my friend who has cancer and just been given the most dreaded news. Unfortunately, the heart I received had a natural fault line running diagonally across it. I understand that it is a natural mineral and these things happen, but I felt it looked too much like a broken heart so I could not give it to my friend. ( I was expecting one with a more marbled appearance like the image on your site). I requested a returns form but heard nothing back from you. The web page given on the invoice came up as not found. I wonder if you could address this problem and make it easier or perhaps clearer to return items? In anticipation of being able to return the jasper heart I immediately ordered a selenite heart from you which was beautiful. Both items arrived promptly and were very well packed. In the end I decided to keep the jasper heart for myself as it has a nice feel to it, therefore did not pursue the return, but this could have been an issue that put me off shopping with you.
I purchased two of these beautiful crystals as we have just lost our amazing dog Jasper. It was just wonderful to find this. They are absolutely gorgeous and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
