Rose Quartz Ball Pendulum

Disappointing as this was the second order I had received that was wrong. I contacted the company and despite being in lockdown I was asked to go to post the item back. The company refused to send a prepaid envelope for returning the item. Very disappointing and the after sales was lacking.
