It was beautiful but feel off my lap within hours of having it and the point snapped off

Not what I ordered

I emailed the store on receipt of my crystal pendulum to say that it wasn’t a rose quartz but a clear quartz that I’d received - promptly and in good condition. I also enquired about the ETA of another product I’d ordered. I said I wasn’t looking for a refund as I could use another clear quartz but that I wanted to make the shop aware just for quality control. It’s quite a cloudy but attractive stone and on a nice, fairly short chain. I did receive a response telling me that the second product was outsourced so delivery wasn’t within Psychic Tree’s Control and there was no reference at all to the clear quartz pendant. The mix up wasn’t a big deal for me but I thought that not to acknowledge it was a bit strange. It wouldn’t put me off ordering from Psychic Tree again.
