The Sacral Chakra is the 2nd Chakra and located approximately 3 inches below your navel, is known as Svadisthana, meaning "ones own home". The Sacral Chakra is represented by the colour orange and is associated with emotions, feelings, relationships, sexuality, creativity and fantasy. Symptoms of imbalance of this chakra are a lack of creativity, lack of concentration, over or under eating or addictions
