The Little Book of Meditation by Dr Patrizia Collard?

This is a great little book that you can take anywhere if you wish. It gives informative guidance for different types of meditation that anyone can fit into their everyday lives. Also its very helpful with regard to how long each type of meditation should take. Each one is between 5 - 15 mins to fit into your schedule. They are easy to follow, my favourite is the Chakra one and I have purchased a set of Chakra stones from the Psychic Tree which also aid meditation.
