You have probably heard us mention Chakra’s a few times. However, we have never really actually explained what they are. So here is a quick guide for you to understand what they are, and what crystals and oils are best suited to which chakra
The seven chakras are spiritual parts of the body that allow energy to flow through. When energy becomes blocked this is often when we become ill. And so it is good to keep the energy flowing through them at all times.
